VeloComputerTM Mobile Application
Transform your mobile phone into an advanced cycling computer with the VeloComputerTM mobile application.
All you need is a mobile phone with an accelerometer. Strap the phone onto your leg with a sports holster or just put it in a pocket of your cycling shorts. The built-in accelerometer measures your cadence. No more sensors on your crank.
VeloComputerTM tracks your current, max, average and differential speed; lap and trip distance; acceleration and altitude.
All your trip data is recorded on the phone in CSV files and can be uploaded to a spreadsheet for training analysis or Google Earth for tracking.

VeloComputerTM Wheel Sensor |
|
To measure precise speed and acceleration you will need the VeloComputerTM bluetooth wheel sensor. The sensor can be attached to a fork or quick release on the wheel. It transmits precise motion data to the VeloComputerTM application on your phone wirelessly via bluetooth. The application instantly calculates and displays speed, acceleration, time and distance traveled.
Unlike traditional cycling computer sensors, which measure a full 360° (degree) wheel rotation, VeloComputer's innovative technology is capable of detecting as little as 1° (degree) of wheel rotation. This unique sensing technology is at least 360 times more accurate than traditional sensors. It measures spot speed and acceleration within 1 second comparing up to 7 seconds delay in traditional cycling computers. This technology will also measure torque and even power without any additional sensors on your bicycle.

| VeloTones®
The VeloComputerTM uses VeloTones® for audible speed, acceleration and cadence monitoring. VeloTones®, like ringtones, are digital sounds which allow cyclists to monitor speed, acceleration and cadence audibly by hearing without looking at the display. It's like having your coach riding with you and telling when to speed up, slow down or change your gear. You can record your own VeloTones® in your own voice and configure VeloComputerTM to your training needs.
Keep your eyes on the road, not your display!
Check out Simulator for a demo and compose your own VeloTones®.

VeloComputerTM Wheel Sensor SDK
The Software Development Kit (SDK) enables developers to create applications using the advantages of our 1° (degree) precision motion sensing technology. Any device with bluetooth such as mobile phone, PDA or a computer would be able to acquire an accurate motion data from the VeloComputer™ sensor mounted on a fork or quick release of a wheel.
